It's a common fact that if someone sets a goal too high like 10,000 reviews then they will likely get discouraged and won't finish the goal.

It's just smart all around to set short term goals with long term goals still in mind somewhere. It's much more likely to be completely and to keep the person motivated to keep going.

So why? Common sense would be the answer. I'm setting myself up to succeed not fail.
