Nice little short. I had to rewatch this and pause it at the right moment to catch that random ass airplsne flying into the scene.
Really simple concept displayed in a really simple and goofy way.

"May be based on a true story. May not be. I don't know everything that's ever happened.", is perhaps the best way to start every single story known to mankind from here on it.
I wasn't sure where this one was going, but the cat catching on fire and instantly jumping out the window was really funny.
Good job with this!
Touching. You went the emotional direction with the Pet Jam. Something a little bit different. We suddenly see a man with depression start his road to recovery with the help of his cat. Even though the reasoning behind the cats intentions was most likely self survival....
And boom everyone's dead.
Thanks mate. Gotta go out with a bang! That ol' WW3 could happen at any moment... Build a bunker, stay inside, 2 scary!!!
This had really good humor and deserves a better score than what it has. Even with the lack of colors in this I thought it looked pretty decent. (Even though I'd like to see this style with color)
I liked the attitude the dog was giving the whole episode while trying to rest and loved the way you delivered the punchline.
Thanks!
I liked your idea, but I think it dragged on for a little too long. Ending it shortly after the PTSD scene, which I though was really funny by tue way, would most likely have been better.
Voice actors from the voice acting forum would have been nice, but I think the style was alright with the subtitles.
Other than dragging on a little bit a decent submission.
I think deserves a higher score than what it has. Yes, the animation wasn't great, the artwork wasn't the best, the lip syncing way off, etc..., but... That story... The writing... It was superb. And I love that its all in the same voice as the one narrator is telling the story.
The entire sex scene was hilarious in my opinion. I got a good laugh at that.
Thanks Fro!
I did it with that in mind. The same as you say. Doing something with some story and funny writing.
But I don't know why the animation is disliked by people.
At least I'm glad that there are some people who liked it :)
A decent spammy submission. I did get a small chuckle at the very end with the dog getting squished, but overall extremely predictable and nothing too exciting to watch.
A bit too generic and could have used more content. Not really funny, animation and artwork were very simplistic. The voice was kind of low quality as well.
All around this could have gone back to the drawing board for overall improvement in every aspect.
thanks for the criticism I will have it in consideration
I like the long drawn out introduction. It was full of cheesy jokes that I could appreciate. I think the punch line was too generic though. I feel that even a simple voice over saying something like, "I can talk now" mixed with the humans reaction could have been a better joke.
Hopefully the jam and quarsntine gets you back into animating though. Hope to see you post more stuff in the future.
I dont think I enjoyed the submission as half as much as the cat enjoyed it. It did make me chuckle a little though. Sadly, the only part that made me chuckle was the audio that you didn't create. (Which was really low quality... Maybe not your fault?)
The animation was super simple and the artwork needs a lot of improvement. I think this could have been a pretty decent submission.
Keep on working and you'll keep getting better!
Well as long as your, 'cat' enjoyed it:)
The full audio is 5 minutes long, but most of that obsessing over the cat's ears. I mean what do you animate for that? Fingering between the ears maybe? The face was difficult to animate due to the audio switching back & forth between talking, orgasmic purring, & pauses; unlike a top rated film were dog just mostly sits talking about doggy porn. The audio is actually suppose to get worse as the cat has trouble concentrating due to being drunk with pleasure. We had some animation in the first half like jumping, clawing, rocking & eye rolling, but figured people would focus on cat's voice once it started purring. We originally planned on animating the whole audio & drawing the cat more female as the video progressed; however, time constraints made us look for logical place to stop the suggestive metaphor by coming to an climax with a little fur flying. What would you have done differently?
Thanks for the review.
