The mysterious Flag Hoist hmm, intriguing!

The flag hoist is actually not that event. I just saw a video of the host showing an example of it. It's basically a rope hanging off of a crane with weights on the other side, you have to pull it to a certain height.

Sounds like the heavier you are the easier that'd be then, and possibly impossible if you're too light... in contrast to the common challenges were obstacles you lift probably occasionally surpass body weight/at least depend entirely on strength? Very different kinda lift if so...
For sure. Some of our lifts are actually more conditioning based and speed based as well. They usually through us one curve ball like this.
