Not too bad.

The introduction of the song, which was about the first twenty seconds in my opinion, was pretty repetitive and I thought that I was going to get bored quite quickly. It did pick up in the middle and seemed a bit "corky"... lmao I can't believe I actually use corky, but it seemed to fit in the situation. The end of the song was a little disappointing as it ended abruptly. I think maybe some sort of fade out or something else that wouldn't make it seem so sudden would make it a little bit better. Not too bad though and it is kind of a "fun" submission to listen to.

Yah I've actually thought about shortening the beginning ,and the end of the song is really the beginning of the second song they kind of string together to make one big song
Well thx for the review bye

Well.

I'm going to have to agree with everyone here when they said that the end was too abrupt and the static made it sound a bit bad. If you could work on the ending alone then I think the score of your audio would be much better! The guitar and the drums went together very well. The only other thing that could of been worked on a little bit more would be the length of the submission. If these things were worked on a bit then this would be a great submission.

Thanks for the review! But to be honest, I like my songs short and simple.

Haha.

I'M GOING TO RAM THIS IN YOUR ASS. I didn't laugh until that part right there, but that part was pretty funny. Other then that I really didn't enjoy the submission too much. This was made for fun obviously, but only one part of it made me laugh. Ha, sounds like you through a bunch of shit together and by reading your other author responses that's exactly what you did. Ha, Jason Jason what a douchebag.

Great job.

This was a great audio submission you have made here! I think you made a great choice with putting it in the video game genre after having it in several other genres first. I think this would be great background music to an RPG game if it was just a bit quieter. Overall, a really good submission with great length and variation. Keep up the good work.

Thanks! :D

Pretty good.

A point off because it was very quiet because even though my speakers were turned all of the way up I had a hard time hearing most of it. I just made sure it was quiet in the room that I was in and listened carefully. (I also have pretty bad hearing) It was pretty good all the way through. When it picked up towards the end it may have been a bit messy, but other then that a pretty good audio submission. Good job.

Thanks. I understand about the quietness though, so I can't blame you. And yes, I messed up once when the tempo picked up, thank you for taking the time to notice. I'm glad you thought it was pretty good.

Wow.

First off, I didn't know you had audio Hacsev. If you would of PM'd me about it then I might of reviewed these when you first submitted them. Anyway, a great submission! I loved the upbeat fashion of it. I don't understand why it has so many downloads and such a high score, but hardly any reviews, but I guess that's why it was requested for reviews in the RRC (Review Request Club) in the first place. This is really a great submission and I don't think I could give any tips on how to improve this at all. Good job.

Awesome! Thanks a lot, Corky!

Not bad.

I guess I can really imagine someone running away from something terrified when I listen to this. Like something scared them so bad that it's a frantic race to get away and their heart rate is up at the same time. Even though they are so frantic to get away they are crying at the same exact time. It was pretty good, but it was kind of short and did end sort of abruptly.

Ok, Thanks for the review, i think i definetly know what to fix with this one.

Good.

Great remax. I was playing this while my girlfriend was in the room and she tends to hate the audio from newgrounds. She said you did a really good job, so that must mean it is really good for her to like it. >.< I agree with her, but I do agree that it may have gotten just a tad bit messy starting with 2:10 seconds there for a little bit, but it wasn't too bad. Great build up in the beginning and great fade out echo effect you had in the end.

p4c responds:

hehe yeah, that was a tough part to deal with, i tried to keep the thickness of the instrumentals while preserving that synth solo, so it was a hard balance of sacrificing instruments and layers, etc. thanks for looking, im glad you and your gf liked it :D

Nice.

Like other people have mentioned the beginning might have started off a bit repetitive, but after that it really got a lot better. It worked it's way up to be a great song and I really enjoyed the ending of it. Maybe if the ending was just a bit less repetitive in some way it would of made it a bit better.

FlamingFirebolt responds:

Maybe the whole song should be less repeptitive.

But thanks you liked it.

Hmm.

I guess if you were going for that creepy afterlife type of song, I'm guessing you were by the title of the song, then you hit it right on the spot. It could be a nice loop for a small horror type game. The piano sounded pretty good in this submission and I tend to enjoy submissions with the Piano in it. I don't really see more you could do to improve on this audio submission either. Decent job.
