Not too bad.

A nice little upbeat submission. It gets a little repetitive at first, but you changed it up by cutting out one of the noises around 26 seconds. The only problem with it was that it seemed to end abruptly right there. Making that transition a little bit smoother with something like a fade out might help a little.

The song itself is kind of short and really doesn't loop to well. It has a distinct ending and there is a nice pause between the start/finish time. If you want it to be a loop perhaps make it a little bit of a smoother transition from the beginning to end and cut down on the time in between.

You had a couple of interesting pieces of noise and beats in this, but it really wasn't anything too interesting or original. There is almost a video game type feeling with parts of the song.

Nice tune.

I personally got a little bored listening to this as it really seemed empty. Perhaps something like your own vocals or just some remixed vocals would have sounded pretty good here.

For the most part though it's a very relaxing and soothing song to listen to. It has a nice build up effect throughout the song. Not too much to improve on except for in my opinion it sounded empty. Nice remix all around.

Thanks, yeah it might be a bit empty, though I like minimalism ^^ I can't sing at all, so that's a no-no. But sweet review anyhow :D

Has an epic feeling to it

This has a great epic feeling to it. Something that you might expect to see during a cut scene in a video game or during the introduction of a video game where there is the aftermath of a bloodied battle field. At least that is what I can envision when I listen to this.

That being said, probably a pretty useful song for a flash submission. Like said before it could be used for an introduction, cut scene, or some ambient music. Probably would go better with a game type flash, but wouldn't be bad with a movie either.

The song itself could of been a tad bit longer, but it was pretty good right around where it was. It had an epic sound to it and really lets the imagination go to work if you try and envision something while listening to it. Good job on this submission.

Awesome

I really enjoyed this piece. It's very heavy for an industrial song. I loved the way the song itself started off with the heavy scream. I wouldn't mind hearing something like this in just heavy metal itself. Actually if you make some heavy stuff I might check it out sometime.

In my opinion it has a very original sound to it. I loved the way the chopped up voices sounded. The only complaint that I have is that it could be a little bit longer. Perhaps somewhere around 2:00 minutes long would have been better. Adding some more vocals along with some additional length would be a must.

As for a flash I think this could be used in anything that was in need of a song for a robotic scene, because for some reason this song makes me think of machines or robots.

Well, most of my stuff is just (relatively) normal metal, this was sort of an experimental thing for me. Thanks for the review.

Ha, kind of made me laugh.

It was just so predictable, but yet for some reason I found humor in it. So how exactly was this created? You just took sounds from Microsoft Windows or did you mix in some other things from a song creating program or something else like that?

Other than the laugh that I got from you being so literate with your name and description I guess it could be useful for a small section of a flash or something where an alarm was needed. I could see the volume being turned down a little bit and having this be used in a scene where the alarm was going off in a building in the distance or something like that. That's just me though. I'm always trying to find ways audio can be used in flash.

Much better loop!

This one sounds much better than the last two that I listened to. This is about the perfect sized to be used in a flash animation without being too short or repetitive. Congrats on having it used in a flash animation while I'm on the subject.

I don't like the genre, but it's really something that you can nod your head to for some reason. Loops don't get too much better than this so good job all around.

Review much appriciated!

Not bad.

I could see this being used in a flash submission, but I can't imagine it during a battle though. It just doesn't have that battle touch to it, but I think I can see it being used during the credits of a video game like flash submission.

Whether it be a game or a movie it would probably work. I think that a boss battle or even a regular battle has a little bit more of a darker sound to it. Something that makes you think that danger is there.

It still has a little bit of an Epic feeling to it though and overall has a really catchy beat to it. Pretty good length in the submission and decent variety all around. Good job.

Howdiddlydoo responds:

Oops. Bad description on my part. When I said Boss Battle, I mean't a small fight (think Pokemon or SSBB). For some reason though, I wrote Boss Battle. :D
Though, now that you mention it, it could be credits as well.

Anyways, Thanks for the Review

The lyrics that 14etan made.

The lyrics that 14etan made actually sound really good with the song. It took me about two times through to sing them properly along with the song, but they really do sound pretty good.

The thing is they don't really last long enough to cover enough of the song. The rest of the song just sounds kind of empty, but it's definitely a good start if you ever do want to add lyrics to this.

The song has a great heavy feel to it and I like how it calms down and picks back up every now and then. Like always an awesome song. Keep up the good work with them.

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

You should try some vocals. So I can see what you mean. :P

Thanks, bro. You kick ridiculous amounts of ass.

Hmmm

This had a very interesting sound to it. It has a pretty good beat and catchy tune. I have to say it has a very original sound to it, but I still would like to see a little bit of variety in it.

Just a couple more sound effects and other noises spread out properly would probably make this sounds a little better. Changing up the main noise a little bit so it wasn't too repetitive would probably help a little bit too.

I think you should have built off of the machine/robot sound that you used more towards the end of the song. Perhaps used it in the beginning of the song, somewhere in the middle, etc.. Not the same exact noise, but more robotic/machine noises.

TwilightShade responds:

I am planning on someday creating a mix of this song, so I'll definitely take those suggestions into consideration. I agree that it could use more variety and I'll definitely be working towards it when I open up the file again.

Thanks for the review.

Very relaxing.

This song has a really relaxing feeling to it. It even just relieves stress if you sit down, relax, and listen to it. Perhaps it could have had a little more variety, but I think that may take away from the relaxing feeling that this song gives.

I'm not quite sure if this gives the feeling of old memories that are sad or old memories that are happy, but it definitely gives off the feeling of someone just going through some memories that they had.

An overall very relaxing and good song.
