[Natural State]

Pretty good.

The beginning of the song was sort of video game like and then it reminded me more of a space like song or at least it gave off that space like feeling of just floating around and everything. I like the build up effect that you used in the beginning of the song. The song had a lot of variety and never got too repetitive. Perhaps it could be something useful in the credits of a flash submission.

Overall - A pretty good song that is worth a listen. Pretty relaxing and it uses nice build up effects.

First Review :)

I thought it was sort of interesting, but you can really tell that you rushed on this one. Throughout the entire thing a lot of sounds just sounded like they didn't really belong that much. Also, throughout a little bit of the song there were a couple of errors that I noticed. The one that stuck out the most to me was somewhere right around the 1 minute mark of the song.

Overall - A lot of interesting and great sounds in this song, but for the most part I don't think they really fit well together or at least they didn't fit that well the way that you had them.

So this song is about a girl? Or are you simply saying that you will miss working on this song? Because I guess you can take it either way here. :/ If it's a girl then I'm sorry.

Anyway, the song itself sort of has a sad tone to it. Pretty good beat to it and it is quite catchy to listen to. Maybe sounds like the credits to a movie or game that is finally over. Such as it took a very long time or that it has a little bit of a sad nature to it in the event of it being over.

Overall - The song is done pretty well and is very relaxing in nature while still containing an upbeat manner in most of the song. Good job all around.

[Echo's Dream v.2]

Very dreamy.

This is a pretty cool song. I could see it being used in a RPG type game such as Final Fantasy or another related game during a dream part of a story. It really had that dreamy/relaxing feel to it that you would relate to dreams. It would probably be great for a introduction or in the credits of a flash submission. I actually might find use of this in the future so I might go ahead and add it to my favorites. Like I said in the game it would be great to use in a flash during something that would be considered a flash.

Overall - I think would be a very useful song for flash artist and I'll probably use it within the next year or so. Perhaps more than once.

Weird

The only thing I could think of when listening to this submission was that it had a different sound to it. Almost a weird sound that I haven't really hear before. The song itself had a lot of variety, but sometimes it seemed like it would get a little messed up and "cluttered" is the only thing that I can think of how to explain it. Like some sounds didn't sound right with other sounds. The sounds of a train? At the end of the submission really sounded weird in my opinion. Listening through the second time I realized that it made me think of an old movie from the 60's where there was cops, murder, and drugs involved. Like during the introduction of the film or something.

Overall - A very different sound to it, but it was kind of cool and original in a way. Perhaps even something old fashion and abstract.

Pretty good.

Seems like your band would be pretty good at heavy metal or faster pace songs. I think some of this would have sounded awesome with some screaming lyrics and everything. Whoever is on the guitar is pretty good. The only problem that I have with the song at all is that it almost sounds like you recorded it at different times and then put the pieces together because the different parts had slightly different sounds to it. One part the drums would be loud enough and some parts the drums were weak compared to the guitar and vice versa with the guitar sometime. I do like it though and think you had some good sounds in there. The band sounds pretty good. Try to find some good lyrics for this and I think it's about perfect the way it is. More screaming lyrics where it gets heavy or fast and then more calm when it slows down.

Overall - Sounds pretty good. Really needs lyrics. The guitar is this submission is really good.

Interesting.

The submission was done pretty well. Very simple, but at the same time it had a catchy beat to it. Perhaps could have used a little bit more going on with it, but I think you got the right sound here. Some vocals might not be too bad, because after awhile a lot of the song did get repetitive, but I just can't see this submission including vocals. So perhaps just a little bit of variety throughout the song would have helped it be a little less repetitive. Other than that stuff pretty good all around.

Overall - Starts to get a little repetitive, but I don't think there is too much you could do about it. Good job and keep up the good work.

Pretty good.

This would be a great song to use in a flash movie or game. Probably somewhere in the introduction or credits, but even during the animation itself would be really good. (Looks like it was used in a flash submission anyway)

A little bit of it sounds a little off for some reason, but other than a few odds and ends here and there it sounds pretty good. Great job and especially as a first submission to newgrounds. Did you play the guitar yourself or did you use a program?

Nice flash theme

This is a great flash theme all around. I could see this being used in a flash or flash series. Great guitar and great drums in this song. A little short, but that's probably what the flash author wanted for his theme. I would love to hear the version with vocals and wouldn't mind seeing the flash/flashes whenever the guy gets done making them. Good job again.

I remember hearing this on your older version. (WHICH YOU DELETED AND DESTROYED MY REVIEW COUNT) Haha, I don't care about that though. I can't say I remember what the old one sounded like exactly, but I can honestly say that this sounded professional. Not only the instruments, but the vocals too. I would honestly pay to listen to music like this. The only thing that I can say against it at all is that I feel like it just kind of ends way too sudden. To me personally it sounded like the guitar needed to fade out there or something similar so it wasn't so sudden.

Great job all around and thanks for another song on the favorites.

As for quality, I'm spending a lot more time on my shit. I could usually plunk out a song in 4 hours, from start to finish, now I'm spending a lot more time developing it, and playing it over and over...just so its "right".
