[The Last Hour: Chapter 2]

Well..

First I do have to ask you a question. Your you being serious when you made this or were you just fooling around? If your were being serious then I will try to write a helpful review for you, but if you were just messing around then your animation is only a little better then a spam submission at the best.

Animation/Graphics - Well drawings weren't that bad, but they still weren't very good. The text was neat and was very easy to read, but I found that it may have dragged on too long. The text could of went just a little faster because I could read what was there several times over. There wasn't really any animations except for a few things moving now and then, so you made want to include actual animation in your flash next time.

Story - It almost looks like you have an alright story, but the flash doesn't show the story that you told at all. It's like you have this story written out, but you only show a couple of seconds of flash expecting that it covers it and it really doesn't. So it's not the story that needs work it's the flash matching with the story that you need to work on.

Audio - The music was good, but that was the only thing good about the audio of this submission. The voices were absolutely terrible. If these are your voices then you may want to think about having someone voice act for you and if these are a voice actors voice then you need to fire them and get a new one.

Overall, a very poor flash that needs a lot of work to be anywhere close to being good.

my audio converter file sucked. it slowed down my audio files when i was converting it to .wav. so it lagged, but i fixed that error. i've worked on my drawing and jaiba productions are working on the voice actors. if you haven't already seen chapter 5. see it. it will show our great improvement from chapter 1. maybe that chapter shall redeem our previous movies which were amateurish because we are still learning.

[When I'm Running]

Ha, very nicely done.

Animation/Graphics - I couldn't seem to find anything wrong with the animation or drawings except for they were very simple. You basically used the same thing throughout the entire movie. Maybe you could of added a bit more variety in his running to make it not seem so robot like if that makes any sense.

Story - I think any of us that run can relate to the story of this flash. I personally don't think of dinosaurs, but I tend to think more of track races that I have been in where they were really close and I imagine that I'm in the race. If I thought of any animal chasing me then it would be bees because I'm deadly allergic to bees and just as scared. If that didn't get me running fast then nothing would.

Audio - You had a great variety of audio here so very good in this section.

Overall, a nice short flash in which I know people will be able to relate to.

Your right I think that the running loop was to obvious the only reason I didn't make the loop longer with more variety is that running fbf is so time consuming. I think that when one single animation is so central to the movie (and prominently placed) your right to suggest I put more time in it.

I use different things at different times to keep running, I definitely use running in races too, but the dinosaur made for the best cartoon I thought. Also I'm not allergic, but bees bother me too...

[Newgrounds: A History]

Well...

Animation/Graphics - Pretty good for a slideshow type flash actually. Nothing too great and nothing too exciting, but it got the job done. I personally don't mind the slideshow type flashes as long as they have good information and decent audio.

Story - A lot of information and the flash was actually great in length. It's not the most interesting subject for people, but now and then things do need to be informative instead of fun. Not bad here.

Audio - The audio was all around alright, but you do have to admit that the voice kind of dragged on and made the movie sort of boring.

Overall, not too bad, but could use somethings to spice it up a little.

Good job.

Animation/Graphics - I'm really starting to enjoy your movies and I hope you start too make many more of them. I really like your style of animation so keep up the good work. Just like your last movie I reviewed there wasn't really anyway to improve the animation at all.

Story - Great humor and it kept me entertained throughout the entire thing. I just had a feeling that the loop at the end was going to happen before it actually did though. Good job here.

Audio - Good music, sound effects, and voice overs. Nothing really more to say about that.

Overall, a great job and I'm looking forward to your future animations.

Really good for what was there.

Animation/Graphics - This is actually really well done in terms of animation. It's actually one of the better jobs I have ever seen done animating so good job there. I couldn't find anything to critique.

Story - Nice little story here, which had some humor in it. I so wish it would of been longer though. I think if it would of been just a bit longer then I would of given your flash a 10/10 rating.

Audio - I couldn't find anything wrong with the audio. Voices, sounds, and music all seemed to be very well done.

Overall, it would of been longer, but other then that almost perfect.

[Ruptonia Trailer]

Not too bad.

Animation / Graphics - Not too bad, but honestly very rough at best. This could of been improved simply if the drawings had been done just a bit better. I think that if that was done it would greatly improve the score of your submission.

Story - This is one of the reason you got the rank that you received from me. The story was pretty good and you even added a little humor to it.

Audio - The audio was the other reason that you received the rating from me that you did. The sound effects were pretty good, even if they weren't always timed the best. The voices were very good for the flash and also the music seemed to fit well.

Overall, just improve the graphics and this will be a really good flash.

Fucking awesome.

The following review is probably going to be a lot shorter then my other reviews because there isn't much to do in a review on a type of movie like this except to praise it.

Animation / Graphics - In my opinion everyone did a great job here. I really enjoyed the stick fight, even though I don't remember the name of the person who did it. Great job to everyone in this category.

Story - Great story. I know it didn't follow a story line, but each scene was interesting and entertaining in it's own way. Another great job to everyone here too.

Audio - Not only did you have great music in the background, but the sound effects were all done well.

Overall, a great collab. I will be sure to show this to my girlfriend, she loves pirate related things.
