A good song all around. To me it didn't really loop that well, but Newgrounds does give a nasty little pause in between every now and then so that could have been the reason that it didn't sound so great.

It was a very good fast paced song all around and I enjoyed listening to it very much. It leaves a lot of things to the imagination and could probably be used in any type of flash submission where things were moving fast paced.

Good job all around and a good song that can get you moving.

So what all did you do for this? Did you do the voices and the "instruments" that were created with the mouth also? Either or I'm going to review it like you did do all of it and a 10 it deserves for sure.

Even though it may be quite simple it's also quite effective. Great vocals along with great mouth made instrument sounds. There really isn't much that I can do to critique this submission as I think it is perfectly fine the way it is.

Sorry for basically a useless review, but I find it hard to be helpful when the audio doesn't have much if anything wrong with it.

I think the best way of putting it is: Every noise in there came from my mouth. Thanks for the review!

As usual I come back to you for my special reviews. I do this for one reason and one reason only at that's because your music is just down right awesome. Of course this song isn't any different as it kicked ass.

I loved the singing in this submission with the screams and more metal voices simply backing up instead of being the main attraction in this song. Vocals were great, lyrics were written very well, and you did a great job on producing a great piece of audio here.

I guess the only bad thing is when the song ends it ends. :( It's just one of those things you want to keep listening to you know? Also, I see that you haven't been on as much or submitting as much, but you got to keep making stuff so I have time to visit you ever 100 reviews or so. :P

Keep it up man.

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Why thank you. I dig that you come around. I love reading your reviews. Thanks a lot for saving your big numbers for me. That is cool as fuck.
I'll keep making stuff, but ..yeah. Another story. :D No worries though. I'll still put collab stuff here. For sure.

Thanks again, dude. You fucking kick ass.

Yeah, so that was down right awesome. I haven't ever heard trance quite like that and I must say that I am quite impressed with it. It's the closest thing in trance to heavy metal that I've heard. :P

The use of voices was awesome and you used them well. They were spread out nicely, not over done, but at the same time done just enough. The speed and tempo of the song made me want to get up and run around the room. It was very action packed and I could see it being used in a movie or game where things were just moving really fast.

I'm impressed with what's been in the RRC this week. Good job.

Aww man just a demo. :(

You did a good job though since this demo makes me want to hear the full version and that's what a demo should do. I was very surprised when I first started listening to this because I knew I had heard something like it at first, but didn't realize that it was a sequel to Raving Zombies, which is a song I happen to have on my favorites.

You can see the egyptian influence here for sure and it's a pretty cool song to listen to all around. Good job on the demo.

Yeah, after thinking for awhile this one will probably go on my favorites now. I almost always save my favorites for heavy metal songs or songs from friends, but this was just too good to pass up.

Before I knew it (honestly) I was basically dancing to this in my seat. That's a great thing because it's hard to find a song that will do that to me, but the bad thing was I'm at work in the office... and I didn't know I was doing it until like 2 minutes later. >.<

Ha, so it's very good. I wish the best of luck in the contest and I hope this wins as I can't see how it wouldn't.

Ah, I do remember listening to some of your older stuff (back when I was Corky52) and let me say that you have improved a lot since then. What was that sound that you used in the beginning? Was that the crowd cheering? Either or it did sound like that and it sounded awesome. I think you could have used some voices here and there.

Perhaps a count down somewhere early in the song. Maybe even something around 30 seconds saying, "Here we go." So yeah, I think the only way to really improve the submission would to add some small vocals here and there, but other than that it sounded great.

Assios responds:

Yeah, I've improved a lot since those older songs ;P When I now listen to my older songs like electric snake, toxic snake etc..., I think they're really bad

Hmm, maybe I should try to add some voices to see how it is.. I've never used voices in my songs before, so maybe I should try it.

Thanks for the review! :D

Ha, this song reminds me of an old cop/detective movie where they are playing that cheesy music in the beginning to set up the introduction of the movie. It also makes me think of an old and dark club where people are drinking/smoking and there is the small band in the background that people really aren't paying that much attention to.

The backing does get a bit repetitive, but other than that it was well mixed and the guitar had enough variety to make the song enjoyable. Pretty good all around and I enjoyed listening to it. It made me smile a little bit for some reason.

Box-Killa responds:

haha yeas old cop movies all the way :D thanks for the review, yes to everything lol.

By far the best voice acting I've heard on newgrounds. Not only the best female voice acting, but the best voice acting hands down. It's seriously voices like these that make me wish that I was good in flash because you can do an endless amount of projects with these voices.

You had a great variety of voices that would be very useful in many situations and the fact that you added sound effects in the submission really adds to it and really shows what your voice would sound like with the ambient stuff going on in the background.

There isn't anything to improve on here. Great job.

This song sounded really good all around. I loved the introduction the best as it just seemed more layed back then the rest of the song. It had a very relaxing sound to it all around even though it did pick up later on in the song. Very original sound to the entire thing as well.

In terms of a flash there are some parts that would be great for an introduction, parts in the flash itself, but I think it would be a great piece for the credits of a movie. (Not the whole song though unless the credits were that long)

I haven't heard the original and I probably won't, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you did it justice. Maybe the only thing that I didn't like was how long it was. It really didn't take much if anything away from the song, but I just guess I'm impatient. :P

Bracksta responds:

ya the original is at a trance bpm and this one at a hip hop pace. The original was not as long. sorry to make you wait, lol. I get impatient to, i understand. Thanks for all of the great feed back Fro, i'll look forward to your future reviews :D.
