A piano and guitar piece...

...interesting.

Background: A lone stranger, walking down a dim street, in the dead of night. Nowhere to go. Nothing to be.

Reminds of one those sad stories - filled with sorrow (the pianos) and rage (the guitars). Although the guitars came in a tad too early and abruptly. It just didn't sound right upon entrance. Maybe try to have it lead up next time, with more intense piano playing.

Will do. This was on-the-spot playing, I should stop improvising haha. I'll try better timing with the guitar and a better introduction, I admit it does sound a bit off.

Thank for the review.

Actually it reminds me of RS a lot

It's a very good rendition. You managed to keep the original in tact while adding your own original brand of syncopation. It was quite good though.

I reminisce on those days of medival warfare and it brings me back to a 13th century gathering at the village square.

Very nicely done, considering you did this all in one sitting.

Thanks Cork! If I work on a project I have to do it all in one sitting or I will forget about it... Lol. I am very forgetful sometimes. Thanks for the review!

You captured the theme very nicely, I think.

The clashing melodies make for a dissonant feel. Certainly very ambient more or less. The tempos seem to be inconsistent which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I actually enjoyed it. Reminds me of a temple theme - or that sort of idea. Anyway nice work man.

Nice again.

I have a dungeon scene that's being worked on right now, but I don't think I will want to use this for the whole thing. I will probably want to use it on the boss fight in the dungeon though. That sounds like a good boss fight song. It has that theme to it that sounds like panic. Great remix and damn those 0 bombers again. I can only do so much to save your submissions. D:

ZiggyZack99 responds:

Yep. Thanks!

Nice man.

Thanks a lot for putting these together. I really think that I'm going to be able to use a couple of these for my flash that I'm making. I guess this could have been just a bit longer and had a little bit more variety, but for a video game remix I guess it can be a little repetitive as background music usually is. Anyway, I didn't think about putting a cave scene in my flash, but I think it's a good idea. This will be a must use if I do.

ZiggyZack99 responds:

Joy!

Hmm..

Well it loops well, but it's just not anything that I could see be useful or anything or entertaining to anyone in any way. I don't see this as flash potential unless there is a extremely small part of a flash that needed something that sounded like this, but I think another piece of audio would better fill the spot. Like I said it loops well, but other than that it's just nothing much.

Hmm..

Well if you wanted it to be as annoying as hell then there you go you did it. If not then ouch my ears. Haha, actually it did make me laugh a bit just because of how simplistic it was, but yet how annoying it was. A one sided repetitive noise like this can only be so good. I've seen them done better than this actually, but you really didn't do good on this one. During some of it I just thought it was a group of flies flying around the mic. D: Ha, so if you wanted it to be annoying then good job. Still a 1/10 from me though. :(

I like this one!

I think I can use this one for a sad scene or perhaps something like the credits or the main menu, etc.. Yeah, I think I can def. use this one in my flash submission. It has that sad tone to it and it's about the perfect length to be used in something like credits. Of course my project won't be done for awhile so I won't be adding music until the end. Anyway, great stuff here. I really enjoyed this one.

ZiggyZack99 responds:

Grin!

Perfect.

I needed some Zelda music since I'm making a Zelda flash here. I'm sure if you throw some of these Zelda remixes out there that I will be able to find a couple of them to use during my flash. Of course your stuff will be credited and everything. This one might be good for after a victory or something like that.

ZiggyZack99 responds:

Woot!

Not that bad.

I enjoyed the drums the most, but other than that the rest of the song kind of sounded empty. Perhaps just a bit repetitive and/or empty. It also sounds like it may end a bit premature. So it may also ended too early. Perhaps not ending it so abruptly or by adding something such as a fade out you would make it sound a bit better.
