Hmm

I liked the piano piece in the beginning. The drum parts seemed to accompany well. Maybe add a little more to it, yeah. The fading out in the end, and the crescendo in the beginning almost made it like a loop. It was a well made remix, however I'm not too familiar with the MK theme. But it could be a little longer.

Thanks. I think I'll make it longer someday.

Remarkable

Quite the outstanding work you have here. It was a nice ambient song, very calming and peaceful. Verging on a melancholy feel. I like when you finally added in the drum lines at 3:19. It completely changed tempo and feel, yet still kept it atmospheric expressions.

While listening to this, I imagined standing in the wide open plains, gazing at the stars above, and looking into the endless night.

Overall, you did a brilliant job!

Thanks! I feel like I accomplished a better sound with the classical instruments than I have done in the past, so I'd love to capitalise on that and try some new, dynamic classical pieces in the future. Cheers for the review.

Hmm.

I'm not sure if any other person thought the same as me about the static, but I actually thought that it worked with the song. It almost sounded like it was there on purpose and believe it or not I think it went with the song pretty well. The intro was very good and it kept a steady pace throughout the entire song. It wasn't too boring or anything, probably due to the length of the submission wasn't too long or too short. The ending also fit the song pretty well. So overall, I might have a different opinion in my review then most others, but that's what the review system is for right?

Damn..

I was hoping for more out of it I guess. The beginning was quiet, but it went along fine with the build up feeling that you got out of the song while listening. I guess I was just expecting the song to get intense and really pick up right after the quiet after the first fade. I really think that would of made this song great, but oh well. Not too bad.

thanks

I thought it was good.

Not too repetitive and it never got boring. It had good length also. I did get that dark feeling out of it when listening to it too. Almost like it's a hardcore or heavy song. This does seem like it took a long time to do it and that you put a lot of work into it. I personally enjoyed it. Good job.

Great job.

Just like past reviews said, I loved how it started off slowly and then built up to a faster speed and then back down again. That created a lot of variety and helped the song never become repetitive or boring at all. Good job and a great quality song here.

Pretty good.

A very short submission, but besides the fact that it is short it is pretty well done. I don't know exactly if this reminds me of haunted woods though when I listen to it. I just don't get that feeling from it. Congrats on having it used in so many submissions also. That's impressive. Good job.

Good again.

I don't think I would be too scared of a boss named Bubbleman though. >.< I like the fast pace songs and that is exactly what this one was. Good job with it overall. Again, these would be great if anyone ever wanted to make a flash or flashes with MegaMan battles in them. Maybe they will be used like that someday.

that would make my day :D if someone used my works in a flash animation!! very exciting stuff! thanks for your words of confidence!

Good.

I enjoy listening to video game submissions like this especially if it brings me back down memory lane, but I haven't ever played a megaman game or even ever watched a megaman movie/show to be honest. So they have a theme song for every boss fight? I did enjoy listening to it though. It would make great background music if anyone ever wanted to make a megaman flash with this boss battle in it. Pretty good length too. Good job.

Good job

Classical music usually isn't something I enjoy, so I will write this review more on the quality of the audio submission instead of my personal preference. I do like to hear the piano on some of the songs on newgrounds though. It was great in this submission. I really can't say too much more since though since I don't know much about classical music. I must say though that the author comments over the rock, paper, scissors was quite comical.

Tamadrum responds:

Thanks for the review! And about the "rock, paper, scissors" we kept trying to think it through logically... and that obiously wasn't working, so figured rock paper scissors was the only way.
