Ha, a very cool take on the song man! It really got me bopping my head to it and tapping my foot. If the laptop wasn't on my lap then perhaps I would have even gotten up and danced to it a bit. It's almost like something you could expect to hear after winning a Mario game or during the credits after a Mario movie of some sort.

The use of vocals was probably what made this song so good though. Very good timing and you used a good amount where you didn't use to many, but you also used just enough. The only let down of the song is how it just ends abruptly. I would fix the ending, but other than that it's rather good.

Prodigal responds:

Haha, Thank you Fro. The ending is a bit of a bummer, isn't it? I didn't work too hard on the ending, and this was a potential collab with a buddy too, but I guess it died off :P

Thanks!

This had a very nice introduction like it was right after someone's family member or good friend had just died in a battle or by a murder and the person is there holding them there in their arms. At first the person is thinking of the death itself and how sad it really makes them. After that they realize how angry they are.

They then go after this person that has killed the beloved one of theirs and in a mix of angry and sadness they battle it out. Every move and every step getting more desire and motivation as the person thinks of the death. Until they are finally victorious, only to be sad again at the end that it still doesn't bring their loved one back.

Woah, odd how songs like this can bring visuals to people huh? A very good song in my opinion and it has many purposes and can be envisioned in many different ways. To me I don't think it could have gotten any better so I'm going to give it a 10 out of 10.

Nice review! ;D

Thanks for the depth, meaning, and effort that you put into this, and It's more than worth the effort of putting a lot of work into it to hear someone liked it.

Thanks again, dude.

Ha, yeah the beginning made me wonder about how the end result of this song was going to be, but it actually ended up quite good. So the beginning was a tad bit slow like you already know, but it almost adds to the effect that you get when the song starts to kick off.

The song had a good amount of variety and was done very well. Congrats on the first upload and I've decided to help your score a bit as it was actually well below two before I voted. O.o

Centrist responds:

Haha, it's fun making intros to songs that make no coherent sense.

But all in all, thanks for the review. :]

To be honest, I know it's not the best thing ever, but I don't know if it deserved a 1.(something or other).

xD.

Thanks again!

Well I don't know if I would say that this song is better than sex, but I think we can relate it to sex as it's very fast paced, fun, and just enjoyable no matter who you are. :P

Like I said the song was very fast paced and fun. It just had a happy tone to it all around and sounded like something you could hear along with a visual of people dancing or having a party in which they are celebrating something.

Perhaps you left space for some cool sounding vocals. Just some simple ones that had some reverb on them or some special effects that made them echo a bit.

Prodigal responds:

Haha, this song could be played WHILE having sex! D:
Let's celebrate to ourselves, I think if we all celebrated the world would shake :D I haven't considered using vocals but that could be dealt with...

Thanks for reviewing!

This was awesome. This is something that I can use in future movies for sure as I'm probably going to need something that represents something creepy or scary and you pulled it off in this song really well!

I'll have to agree with the ending part though as it didn't seem to end very well. Other than that this song sounded really cool and creepy. Something you would expect to hear in a movie when a character hears a creepy noise and knows something monstrous is there, but just can't see it yet.

Centrist responds:

Oh, awesome. But yeah, feel free to use anything or request anything from me if you are in need for future movies or something.

I could redo the ending to make it a little bit more..Dramatic I suppose, but I don't really have an idea of how to end it. O-o Like... Is it supposed to end epic? Or still scary? I don't know! xD

You won't have to worry about me even coming close to reaching the character limit on an audio review ever. :P Even though I've done it in flash reviews I don't know anything techy about music so mine are sadly just some short opinions here and there.

The song sounds very patriotic. It sounds like something you would listen to/play if you were very proud of being Scottish or living in Scotland. Perhaps something you would play in a celebration or something of the sort.

The instruments of course make it sound like a Scottish song and it almost sounds like something you could expect to hear from a marching band during a parade or something of the sort. It's very realistic sounding like I would hear it in real life.

An all around good song!

I almost thought that the song was a bit too happy and that the waves were a bit too dark. They almost sounded dangerous or something lol. Anyway, I would stick with the theme of the song. Very happy, but maybe tune it down a bit as it did get very "busy" in some parts of the song. (more towards the end)

There was a lot of variety though and you couldn't really ever get bored with this song. Great use of sound effects as well! An alright song all around.

I enjoyed this submission a lot! It almost sounded like a hardcore sonic song for some reason. I haven't even played sonic since the old school Sega game so I don't know why it reminded me of that. O.o

Very fast and in your face. It almost starts off like it's heavy metal, but sort of calms down later. Unlike your other submission I reviewed this one has much better quality! It probably doesn't get much better than that actually.

I do wish that you would continue this and make it longer though. It does sound great the way it is, but it sounded really good and I just kind of wanted it to continue. Keep up the good work though. :)

sicjes responds:

Thanks for the review. I tried really hard to make this the best quality I could and with every song I do I learn a bit more and a few new tricks. I am glad you like, It is short and in your face, I had written it to enter in a conest for t.v. so it had to be short and to the point. But it is my work so I am currently working it in to a real song with vocals all that. Thanks again

I probably listened to this song 2 and a half times, probably more like 3 and a half after I'm done writing this review. It was very relaxing and something that you can really just sit back and calm down.

Like you've said to make this better I would add a bit to it. It was a bit simple and didn't really have a lot going on at any given time. It also gets a bit repetitive so adding some variety would help a lot. Looks like you already know what to do to make it better, but as it is now it's a very calm and relaxing song.

Thanks for the compliments Fro, I really appreciate the review. I will be making a full version, probably have it up by next weekend. :-)

This is a very relaxing song. Not very complex or anything, but enjoyable to listen to all around. I personally don't see anything wrong with it, but perhaps it's a bit too simple?

You did a wonderful job of creating a song that would be great with vocals so I think that's how you could improve on this submission. I don't know how your singing skills are, but it really doesn't matter as an acoustic song like this doesn't really need the best vocals to still sound good.

loansindi responds:

Thanks for the review!

I'm hoping to get vocals on this track. They likely won't be my own, I'm not much of a singer. We'll see.
