I have also never played Halo before so I can't really relate it back to a Halo game or anything like that. I guess it's not something I would think about when thinking about Halo as I assume the game has a lot of action and this seems to be for a more laid back or even creepy situation then it would be for a shoot um up video game.

Like I said though it has a very cool creepy feeling to it, but at the same time it doesn't seem like whatever it is would be dangerous in anyway. It's almost more for something unknown then it is scary.

Very relaxing and calming. I almost get a feeling of space or being in a space station looking out to the stars and just drifting away.

Good song all around. Pretty good length to the submission, but I wouldn't have minded it being just a tad bit shorter. Overall it was very relaxing and a nice song to sit back and listen to while wanting to calm down or relaxing.

The vocals were very nice in this submission. I think that within the vocals themselves that you can change them around a bit. Perhaps making some deeper or some higher pitch. Even changing to a female voice sometime in the song could have made it a bit better.

Well I'm scared. Not scared because it's about zombies, but scared that I might accidentally click on this song again someday and put my ears through the beating that they just witnessed as random noises, screeches, and pains were thrown at them. They couldn't escape either as it was like a fat kid playing dodgeball and all the other kids were very athletic and throwing at the same time.

Not trying to be rude, but there were too many static like noises (which I assumed came from playing things way too loud) and screeches that actually hurt my ears quite a bit like I explained up top.

So yeah, the song was yeah too messy and there was too much going on at once. If you simplify it a bit and on top of that tune down the volume to half of the random screeches that you made with the song then I would assume that this would be somewhat enjoyable!

So lets listen to a genre that I don't like at all and not give a biased review. Guess what? I didn't have to give it a biased review because you really did a great job on it! You made it good enough that somebody that doesn't like this style at all such as me still enjoyed this song very much.

Yeah, I guess the problem that I had with a lot of music like this was that the song wasn't true to the person singing it, but you've made this song true to yourself and did a good job with the emotion you set into it.

Good vocals all around, good lyrics all around, and a good song all around even though I don't like the genre. Great job and keep up the hard work.

Thanks a lot, I'm glad I could change your opinion of hip-hop even it's just by an inch. Frankly the mainstream rap out now pretty disgusts me. I'm not the type to say that only undeground is good, I dont have a problem with mainstream music but jesus...it all seems so bad, no effort in lyrics and just ridiculously loud bass. I can understand why a person wouldnt like the genre as a whole. Thanks for the review.

A better loop than it is a song isn't it? I just think that because you actually never end the song at all and it actually loops pretty well.

The use of vocals were pretty good in the beginning, but without anymore in the rest of the song I was almost let down a little bit. I felt that there could have been some more sock it to me vocals later in the song, but perhaps with some different effects such as a deeper/more drawn out version of it later or in the middle of the song.

Pretty interesting song all around though and pretty decent.

Will responds:

Thanks! I guess it could be a loop, it is a bit short...

Woah, from the title of the submission I was expecting to hear you start shredding... then the song started out slow and I had no reason to believe that you would be doing that in this song at all, then to the pause in the song and the shredding started!

It was really fast paced and really enjoyable to listen to. If there wasn't such thing as heavy metal I would probably be listening to something such as this because it's so fast paced.

I guess the songs only weakness is the ending. I didn't really like the way you ended it, but at the same time can't really think of a good way to end it either. Perhaps it was a tad bit short as well.

SessileNomad responds:

yeah the ending was just done so i could submit it faster, nothin special about it

im glad i would be your substitute for metal xD

I'll also have to say that I've never heard this song before. The song itself sounds wonderful for a game such as Final Fantasy or something of the sort. Such as during their long drawn out introductions where they pan over a lot of wonderful views of the land and cities with the nice relaxing music playing.

Ha, now that I've listened to this song play for about 10 times through now I'll say that it loops very nicely and it actually didn't get very repetitive even though I allowed it to play for so long!

So my overall view on the song is that it would sound great with any video game type of movie or flash game and that it sounds really good and relaxing!

Ha, a very cool take on the song man! It really got me bopping my head to it and tapping my foot. If the laptop wasn't on my lap then perhaps I would have even gotten up and danced to it a bit. It's almost like something you could expect to hear after winning a Mario game or during the credits after a Mario movie of some sort.

The use of vocals was probably what made this song so good though. Very good timing and you used a good amount where you didn't use to many, but you also used just enough. The only let down of the song is how it just ends abruptly. I would fix the ending, but other than that it's rather good.

Prodigal responds:

Haha, Thank you Fro. The ending is a bit of a bummer, isn't it? I didn't work too hard on the ending, and this was a potential collab with a buddy too, but I guess it died off :P

Thanks!

This had a very nice introduction like it was right after someone's family member or good friend had just died in a battle or by a murder and the person is there holding them there in their arms. At first the person is thinking of the death itself and how sad it really makes them. After that they realize how angry they are.

They then go after this person that has killed the beloved one of theirs and in a mix of angry and sadness they battle it out. Every move and every step getting more desire and motivation as the person thinks of the death. Until they are finally victorious, only to be sad again at the end that it still doesn't bring their loved one back.

Woah, odd how songs like this can bring visuals to people huh? A very good song in my opinion and it has many purposes and can be envisioned in many different ways. To me I don't think it could have gotten any better so I'm going to give it a 10 out of 10.

Nice review! ;D

Thanks for the depth, meaning, and effort that you put into this, and It's more than worth the effort of putting a lot of work into it to hear someone liked it.

Thanks again, dude.
