Ha, the first thing that I thought when I saw the title and heard the very beginning of the song was, wait... this is the end of the universe? It sounds pretty happy for the end of the universe and everything.

Journey to the end of the universe makes much more sense though as it could be this fun amazing adventure that you encounter so many things that you never knew existed in the world. The song shows this very well.

The song itself had a lot of variety and was really fun to listen to. I personally can't find any flaws in it and I think you did a great job. Keep up the good work.

Thanks!

I actually didn't know what to name this song while I was making it.. I kind of analyzed what I had made right before I submitted, and this is what it made me think of. I think it fits pretty well!

Thanks for the review!

I hate reviewing after so many people that actually know stuff about music. :S

Very catchy sound to this all around. You were right when you said that the introduction wasn't the only cool part of the song as it sounded pretty good all the way through. Probably good music for a flash and it sounds very versatile meaning to me that it could be used in an introduction, movie clip, gameplay, or crediting scene. (See that's what us people who are ad with audio do.. we put it in flash terms. :P)

Kind of ends leaving me wanting more. I felt like it could have been a bit longer, but oh well. Never got too repetitive as it had a lot of variety and it was a fun listen.

Nice job with the song all around. Very nice interesting sound to it. Kind of a sad, but yet hopeful song at the same time. Perhaps something you might think of seeing at the credits of a RPG game that was finally finished such as Final Fantasy or something old school like Legend of Dragoons.

I actually had to listen to this twice, but still didn't hear the vocals that you talked about. Other than that I think the song ends kind of soon. It sounds very good and it's something that seems like it should go for a bit longer.

lol the vocals are all glitchy, so they arent typical, they sound really crazy

i think an ending credits thing would be the only plane this would fit

thx for review dude

peace out

Really cool song man I liked it a lot. This is something that I could really seen being used in a flash submission and I might play around with in flash for a little bit to see what I could create.

The beginning is really evil and it's very sudden. Good way to start the song as it got me into it right away. The random zombie growling was also pretty cool throughout the song.

I thought the ending was very predictable to be honest, but it was exactly how I was hoping the song would end. The shot at the end was perfect and shouldn't have ended in any other way.

A very nice ambient piece. Good introduction that can be used in anything that has a rising action and then it calms down a bit and sounds like something that you could hear in the background of something. Gets a little repetitive, but then the change up at the end made up for it.

Good strategy with the ending though. I sometimes take that strategy when writing things or making movies. Sometimes I shoot or write the ending before I even know what/how to start the beginning. Also, because of the pause at the end you get the false impression that the song is over and then all of a sudden it picks up again. Very cool effect in my opinion.

Seems like the ending could be used in a movie like that as well. Stuff is happening in the movie and you think it's all over, but all of the sudden the last breathe of the fallen character causes him to rise up and there is continued hope.

Thanks a lot for the review man. I was afraid that this might be a little bit too repetitive for some, but I did a lot of listening to ambient tracks and trip-hop tracks before I decided to make a go at it and repetition just seems key in that genre.

And the strategy wasn't actually intentional. I just couldn't think of how to use that ending piece and I liked how it sounded so I went backward from there.

Thanks for the review and all the insight though. :)

So this isn't suppose to be sad and you were simply naming it because of the lyrics? That's a relief because when listening to this song it isn't really sad in anyway. It's not really a happy song, but definitely not a sad song by any means.

Oh the computer rendered voices that sound like the old Bahamut flashes. You might not know him, but he used the voices all the time and I've almost watched all 99 of his submissions so it was a nice blast from the past to me.

The voices, while giving a slight bit of humor to the submission for about 5 seconds, probably weren't the best thing to use and a real human voice would probably be better. (The humor that it gave was the omg it sounds so bad so I'm going to laugh at it instead of the yeah this is really funny sounding vocals that you should aim for) The beginning might be a bit abrupt as it caught me off guard and I had to turn my volume down.

Scrototype responds:

It's supposed to be "omg it sounds so bad so I'm going to laugh at it" funny. If I had a human child sing this it just wouldn't work, and it'd be fucked up.

I found this song very calm and relaxing. Not something that I really like, but it sounds like something someone could listen to after a long and drawn out day of work so they could finally relax and/or fall asleep to this.

It also sounds like something that would go good at the end of a movie/game that has one of those sad, but at the same time happy endings as you can almost get that feeling out of this submission. The kind of sad you get when you're sad that you finally have to end something so fun.

Will responds:

Thank you for responding...I hope it didn't make you TOO sad!

Wow, I think it was really said best with a combination of the last review and your response to that review. If there's something that needs a big repair, it isn't this song, but if you found that something, this song would help.

I do like this song a lot. The glitch effects were awesome and really made this song fun to listen to. Good variety throughout the song as a whole and a very interesting/original sound to it also. Not much to critique in my opinion.
