Decent Loop

Good points - Almost a decent length for an ambient loop. It gives off a nice relaxing beat to it. It could probably be used for a very small section in flash, but probably not for a section that would be playing for a longer amount of time.

Bad points - The instrument that you have coming in around 24 seconds needs to be played just a couple more seconds in my opinion. Then you should quit playing them someway so that when it gets to the end of the song it loops a little better. The length of the submission wasn't too bad for an ambient loop, but perhaps a little bit longer with some additional variety would make it a little bit better.

Overall - A decent loop that could be just a tad longer with a little bit more variety. Not too bad though.

Yeah. I agree that that beat could go longer. It didn't seem right having it as short as it was. I was originally gonna have it come in at 0:15, playing for the last 8 measures of the song. The only problem was that it made the last half of the song too repetitititive.

Good points - Very fast pace and catchy song to listen to. Not too repetitive and never got boring or anything. Perhaps it's size had something to do with not being too repetitive, but you also had a nice bit of variety in it.

Bad points - I don't think it really loops that great. You may want to play around with it a little bit and try to get it to loop a little bit better. Perhaps a little short even though that did help prevent the audio from being repetitive. Perhaps work on a little bit of a longer submission in the future.

Overall - A pretty catchy song that is worth a listen. Good job and keep up the work.

Great job.

I really enjoyed listening to this song. It was very soothing and relaxing. It was very simple, but it almost seemed professionally done. I wouldn't mind seeing this being used in a flash submission that had a sad introduction, conclusion, or just somewhere in the story itself that's sad. When I listen to this I imagine someone walking along all by themselves just thinking of sad thoughts, but they just keep on moving forward anyway.

Overall - Great job on making this song. I really enjoyed it.

[Ode to Whiskers(A Cats Ballad)]

Really good.

I felt that this was a very relaxing song to listen to. Something that would probably help put you to sleep if you needed it. I wouldn't mind hearing the version with lyrics because it looks like it would turn out kind of funny with the lyrics that you had. Great song though and it's great for just sitting down and relaxing. (Without the lyrics at least)

Overall - You should upload the one with lyrics. I wouldn't mind hearing them. Good job all around.

Lmao....

Let me tell you my routine while reviewing real quick... I open up all of the songs in different tabs that I feel like reviewing. Stop all of them from playing and just let one play while I do some work around the room, homework, or surf the web... Lmao, that means I usually listen to the song, read the author comments, and then listen to the song again. As you can imagine I didn't see this coming at all as I walked around the room with my volume turned way up. :P

On to the song. It's quite funny in itself. Probably funny enough to get added to my favorites just in case I can think of any use for it in any future flash projects that I have. Without the moans the song itself probably wouldn't have been anything too special, but it wasn't too bad. The overall effect of the song covers that up though.

Overall - Funny and probably useful in the future if I ever need a sex scene in flash. :)

Pretty good.

This song had a lot of good things. It had great variety because I never knew quite what was coming, which also means it never got boring. It also had a lot of interesting sounds that you don't hear that often when listening to audio. The song itself was really original, which is always a good plus. Perhaps you could have ended the song on a series of notes instead of the small fade out you used. Other than that I think it sounded completely fine.

Overall - A very catchy song, which is pretty fun to listen to. Good job all around and keep up the good work.

I like to 5 bomb audio submissions because I know a lot of people 0 bomb them. :)

The song itself was pretty catchy. I didn't really think of shooting stars to be exact, but it did remind me of the "older times". Something like a kingdom with knights, kings, etc... I don't know why it just did. The song had a little bit of variety and never really got boring or anything like that. It's an all around good song.

Overall - A nice catchy tune.

Hmm

I'm seeing a very obvious occurrence with your songs so far. They are all very repetitive. I don't know if it's because your trying to make them too long or what it is. You may say that the poem has nothing to do with the song, but it's really not a bad mix. I think even just reading the poem in a sad voice while the music is playing might be a pretty decent mix. Maybe you should try playing around with vocals with this song and it may not be so noticeable with how repetitive it is. Also, the sound that happened right at the end of the song made me cring. :(

Overall - I wouldn't mind seeing how this would turn out with some simple vocals.

Much better than your other

This is much better than your other submission that I reviewed, but it was still pretty repetitive. The only thing was that you did mix this up a little bit, giving it some different sounds. It was actually quite catchy and I enjoyed listening to it. I even let it play two times through while I did some stuff around the room. Also very original in my opinion.

(Tell your girlfriend she came up with an interesting title. Actually not too bad for the song.)

Overall - Kind of repetitive, but very catchy and overall a fun song to listen to.

Hmmm

I liked the start up effect that you had at the beginning of your song, but after that to be honest it got quite repetitive. Anywhere from around 1:35 in the song and on wasn't too different at all. I think the song would have been much better if from 1:35 on you would have worked on the variety of the song. Also, around 2:00 it got extremely repetitive. Even more than it did earlier in the song. I recommend adding some more variety throughout the last half of the song. Perhaps add some cool sound effects or something else like that.

Overall - Very repetitive. Needs to have more variety because it can get boring rather fast. Also, kind of generic.
